Triad Fixer “Xu”

In the “ Ghost World” Hong Kong, "Cho Hai" Xu Dahua, is a member of the Triad. He serves as the Triad's public face and fixer, collecting and paying bribes and grafts from the businesses and gangs. Xu is a smooth talker and highly adaptable, always smiling and effortlessly earning the trust of those around him.
